Dr. Marcus Choy has proved to be an exceptional dentist, it takes me years to build trust with a dentist who can help with my needle phobia and provide the level of care that Dr Choy can. I greatly appreciate his efforts to catch up on the work I needed following my avoiding dentists. If you do not like dentists, this guy will be your hero, almost!

My wife had checked before proceeding that our son would be covered under the medicare benefits. After work was done, they then claim medicare won't cover after the new year, we have to pay. Not very ethical.

Dentist didn't take treatment seriously, was laughing during the consult and discussing treatment with my partner not myself during the time there.

I was as nervous as ever but the rather friendly dentist yanked my wisdom tooth out and I didn't feel a thing. How good is that!

I've been their patient for almost 9 years, but in last few months all of the good dentists are gone! They have been cancelling my appointments on the day! No one takes any responsibility! They don't understand you are in pain! Even refusing to send my X-rays to my new dentist when I need them. Not recommended at all, they just add headaches to your toothaches!!

Partner called with a badly broken tooth, advised them he had a broken tooth and explained how much tooth was now sitting in his hand, yet rather than let him know the appointment they booked him in for wasn’t long enough to actually fix the problem, they were more than happy to take his money for the consult and an X-ray. Ended up not getting another booking for four days later, requiring time off work and increasing discomfort and issues.Rather than book people in when they already know they can’t treat them is just a money grabbing exercise. Avoid this clinic at all costs. We have since cancelled all appointments and gone to another service.

If the service here is So Great, why do they only rate 3.9 ?I had a filling done that only lasted 11 months. Staff I’ve dealt with have all been great, very professional and helpful. Some of the equipment can be problematic for them though… typical modern tech issues ( don’t worry you are in good hands )
