Service ordinary. 5 out of 6 thoroughly enjoyed their meal. 6th had fish that looked like tough chicken and apparantly didn't taste like fish.Effectively got told to leave after meals as they had to set up for a function. Shame I was about the spend more money on coffee & cake - your lose

Staying was nice, impressed with the rooms and closeness to the beach.Then came the absolute vile behaviour towards our family from one of the restaurant waitstaff.As a result of this persons version of “customer service” we will not be returning to the hotel nor the restaurant.At least we managed to get a full refund.A side note the children’s playground had zip tied flimsy cheap dog fencing as a supposed safety barrier to the top level of the equipment. How does this meet safety standards?

We went for lunch. Food was great. This place has outside tables so you can bring your dog.Beautiful location, across from Lambert's Beach.

Service was good and location was great. Meal (I had nachos) was average. My mate had a shepherd pie and he said it was enjoyable.

First day of school holidays, took the kids for a quick snack, sat and waited, and waited, and waited.When another couple who had arrived after us got their food, we got our money back, and left, never to return.Some staff are grumpy, like coming in to a pub is a burden on their day.Good luck with your business, as a local I feel this venue has taken a couple of steps back from acceptable.

Below average food for the price. rib fillet steak was over cooked and cold . Vegies were raw. Chips cold. 3 other friends meals were very average. for the price they charge not very impressed .

$12 for a glass of wine really.,a bottle in the bottle shop cost $18.light dinner of nachos absolutely not worth the money a blob of cheese dumped on top of three corn chips.The staff in the bar appear not wanting to be there snappy and not a smile to be seen.To the lady in reception for accommodation excellent customer service very welcoming.Old mate in the bottle shop excellent customer service.

Absolutely atrocious service. I waited a long and painful hour for my SIMPLE meal while everyone else at my table had their meals. Even other tables that arrived later got their food before me. Others at my table were served within minutes. As a hospitality worker i know this is not right and strongly believe their workers need to be retrained. Whilst writing this, and after asking three times, I finally received my meal… It was disappointing to say the least. You’d think after waiting this long, they would remember the gravy. They did not. I understand mistakes happen, but this is just too far. Not happy.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Steak and Parmi here. Delicious, came out hot and nicely cooked. Chicken was moist, steak was medium-rare (tactically ordered rare, of course). The staff working were really kind and cheery, especially the waitress. Would dine again!

Attended a private function. Great view from the room but with 60 people it was very noisy. Sitting with friends and trying to talk was difficult. High ceiling and cement floor makes it hard to hear in a large group.
