When you are talking about the repairs, I am not recommend them at all.I have a Makita BHX2500 blower, hard to start and was took to them. After four weeks and came back telling me it was the fuel problem, they had the machine service and charge me half the price of a brand new blower and gave me three months warranty.After I took the blower home , still unable to blow full power, had to take the blower back to them and have a second look, they keep telling me it is the fuel problem. I took the blower home and replace with new fuel and still unable to work properly. Took it back to them third time, and this time they said it is the bad fuel damaged the carburetor , it will cost another $150 even it is under warranty.At the end , I had the blower home without any further repair.After watch the video on youtube replace the carburetor of a makita petrol blower "

This is where you go when you don't mind spending a bit more for high quality stuff. They are super helpful and there's always a parking spot nearby. Highly recommended! It would not hurt for the front of shop staff to acknowledge customers when they approach the counter though.

Purchased a Bushranger 72v Easy Rider drive controller replacement was fitted under warranty after 2 months let's see if it improves this machines run time and mowing ability.

I didn't buy from them as they were short on stock due the pandamic but I had a very great advice from their staff. The person who served me was very honest and thorough. I would definitely come back to them.

Not too happy. I left my Honda edger there before Christmas to either get serviced or advice saying it can't. ( I would have bought a new edger if that was the case).I get a text saying the edger is ready to pick up, strange because I never received a quote or estimate. $120 later and I am at the shop picked up the edger, it didn't start. So they tweaked it" it worked. I went away used it once it worked. It hasn't started since !!!!!.My new edger would have been great.... Cannot really give a good wrap here guys."

Good store with good range. Always get service. Sometimes there is a wait, but that's only cause there busy serving other customers. Unfortunately last few times I've been they don't have stock of basic service items

Today i walked in to the store and was met with Rob, he was so kind and polite , took my device , corrected what was to be done, and brought it back in 5 mins, when i asked for the blades to be changed they didnt have it in stock and did not offer me any duplicates, but requested me to wait, fantastic service, great team and super positive experience, i purchased my Stihl from them 7 years ago and the experience has always been super fantastic, i will now look forward for my next purchase with them soon. Thank you Stihl for having such fine people like ROB in your network.

Excellent service, quick delivery. Highly recommended. I bought a small item, a Shindaiwa leaf blower, and had it delivered to my door at 9am the next morning. The driver even went through how to operate it with me! Keep it up guys & girls, I'll definitely use Farm City for any Japanese commercial grade garden equipment I need in the future.

I would definitely rate the lowest as the reason below.I bought a Honda HRU and had called before i went to the store the price differed by $100 from the price gave to me over the phone. Reason, they said the girl is new and does not know the pricing. Where as she was taking orders at the store. I still bought the machine at full price.Just while using the machine, out of 4 blades one started getting stuck under the disc while turning it off and there was a fuel leakage. Noticing this, i had to take it back to dealership and was asked to meet Dave. Now Dave is a very good person and gentlemen to talk, infact the whole staff is good. However Dave(or they) forgot to give me a ETA and I assumed it may take couple of days. As I bought Honda machine from them was for some urgent work, cox my another bigger machine was not enough to fulfil the market requirements in summer. I did a follow up call after a week and was given a ETA of 3-4 weeks. Now this is obviousl that i spend $1700 appr for a new machine to do a job and it was urgent for my business, why will i agree on a 4 week where there is no replacement and I am stuck. Its summer and i have jobs to do.So i understand the services they providing are not guaranteed and not assurable. As it was completely a defective machine by dealer and I have to face the problem by this delayed.

Dave is very professional and knowledgeable. He provided me great service and introduced the trimmer of different features and brands patiently even when it past his closing time. Much appreciated for him.
