Just Cuts

I found this little gem 3 months ago when I had an accident with my arm and couldn't wash my hair. I've been going weekly ever since and I love it. They don't take appointments but that suits me and I've never had to wait too long. The salon is spotless, it's very good value, the staff are lovely and the service they provide is 5 out of 5. Sophia does such a lovely job with my hair. I might not ever wash my hair again as long as she's around

Sophie is the only hairdresser I’ve ever had that i’m excited to go back to. She’s friendly, kind, professional, listens to what you want and gets the best out of my hard to style hair!! She recommends products that actually work for my very frizzy hair and helps to keep it way more manageable between cuts. Thanks Sophie for being such a kind and amazing hairdresser!! Just Cuts are so lucky to have you and thanks for giving me the only great hairdresser experiences I’ve had in my 43 years!! I used to go to the hairdresser once a year and dread it but I’ve now started going every 6 weeks and look forward to going!! I also love the app booking system that gives me an idea at what the wait times are like so I can pick a time that I can see you’re not really busy to come. Great work Sophie and team!! I've had my hair cut by Sandy twice now. I don't know much about hair styling, so I have a bit of trouble explaining what I want, but she always listens and confirms stuff with me before doing it. Would wholeheartedly recommend her as a hairdresser!

Had a fantastic experience here! I walked in and got my hair washed, cut and dried by Billy. He was very friendly and asked questions throughout my haircut to make sure he understood what I wanted, but also offered advice when I wasn't sure myself. We had some great conversations and I am very happy with my haircut! Such great value for money (I often pay double the price at other places, but am not always satisfied with my haircut). Will definitely be returning, thanks Billy!!

Sophie was lovely. Great service. She took pride in cutting my hair and I could tell. Perfectly done. And she gave me a free wash.

It's really hard to find someone who knows what to do with curls, and Sophie knocked it out of the park! She highlighted problems to look out for, knew how to layer without breaking up the natural curling pattern, and I've learned some new techniques for applying product to help the curls hold together with bounce as they dry. The haircut looks great - can't wait to wear it out.

You know the stereotype that hairdressers always cut your hair shorter than you asked for? YeahThe stylist proceeded to wet my curly/wavy hair instead of dry cutting which should have been a red flag in itself. I actually initially got a relatively nice cut and was quite happy with it, but then the hairdresser insisted on layering and texturing (even continuing AFTER I asked her to stop, saying 'I'm just adding texture') and I was left with a massive chunk above my right ear that does not at all blend into the rest of the hair. I was unhappy and told her so, so she brought the manger over who insisted it just needed to be styled and trimmed to 'blend' it more, but I told them I didn't want them to continue chopping bits off to try to fix it because it would just end up even shorter.The manager saw me getting misty eyed and to her credit she didn't charge me. I'd have given two stars instead of one for that but then she also said I hope whatever's going on for you gets better" which was incredibly condescending

I had a lovely experience with the attentive and skilled Mary today.After 3 long years of growing my hair out, it was brittle, tangled and hard to work with. Mary expertly identified the issues I was having with my hair and immediately knew how to address them. Her advice on both the style cut I was getting, and how to maintain my tresses was invaluable!She perfectly matched my cut to both my needs and the needs of my hair. The result is an easy wearable style- and new shine and bounce!Thank you Mary!

After having an average experience at a different hairdressers the day before, I went to see Justcuts to get my hair fixed up. Fuzna was able to fit me in straight away and did an incredible job. I feel so much better about my hair now, and she was so lovely to me! I will be coming to see her as my hairdresser from now on - amazing experience and 10/10 service with Fuzna at JustCuts Tooronga ❤️
