4Lane squeezed me in for a last minute appointment because of a wry neck. I saw Derek who was absolutely fantastic. He explained what was happening to me and gave me some hands-on treatment including dry needling. I was travelling and really needed to be able to move my head again! He told me to keep a heat patch for the remainder of the day. When I woke up the next morning, I almost forgot I had a wry neck, that’s how significant the improvement was. Last time I had a wry neck I was suffering big time for at least 7 days. Might have to fly back to Dunsborough for all my treatments!!! Thanks Derek and the 4Lane team :)

Jordan was amazing! She isolated my problem and gave me very easy, tailored exercises to quickly alleviate my problem and help me prevent it from re-occurring long term which I really appreciated. She was very patient and friendly and she explained everything thoroughly yet simply.I love the gym and the facilities are so clean and beautiful! The whole team from the minute I called were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!!

The facilities are amazing and all the physio and admin staff are super knowledgeable and willing to help. The treatment that I have received through Pilates and my regular gym sessions have helped alleviate my ongoing back problems!

Great physiotherapy clinic in Dunsborough! Their physios have helped me a lot with rehabilitation post-partum. The pilates/group rehab classes are amazing to help with pain management.

Modern, clean practice with staff who are on the forefront of proactive health care. Easy to book in using their app and can get an appointment relatively quickly.
