David helped us with all our questions and was very polite. We inadvertently kept him there till 5.30pm (after closing time) while making purchases without any complaints. I recommend this store.

Our ensuite renovation by Bathroom Supermart was fantastic. Peter came out to our house and we discussed what would work and what finishes I wanted. He did the quote there and then. Once we accepted the quote, we were invited to the showroom to pick out all the fixtures and fittings with further guidance as to what would suit and it was all in a one stop shop.It only took 10 days to complete the reno and I love the result. There were a couple of minor hiccups - one - the niche did not drain properly and two the vanity had a couple of scratches. I advised David at the Geebung store, and a day later there were two tradesman who turned up and rectified each problem. Outstanding problem resolution service! It is just the nature of renovations to have small things go awry, but these guys will fix it for you to your satisfaction asap. Highly recommended.

Do not go here for your renovations. We recently did 3 rooms and the quality of the renovation is very poor, other trades that have visited have all said a basic handyman / DIYer does a much better job. After 5 return attempts to get them to fix everything where they create more and more damage. Chipped tiles everywhere, poor plastering, leaking showers, mismatched silicone. has taken 6 months to do a 2 week renovation poorly. Feel very ripped off. Have submitted a complaint to QBCC that is now going to court - watch out they change names often.

Really good prices and well set up showroom. Service wasn't very enthusiastic but displays and clear marked prices allowed us to shop freely without needing them to show us around. Would benefit having a good website with online shopping/orders.

If you want your brand new toilet to run all day and all night this is the place for you. Those sounds of shhhhhhhhhh are so the opposite of therapeutic, but if that's what you are after definitely go with these guys

James b . Sometimes the ladies are the one paying for the vanity , so learn to include them in the discussion. Try to talk to mister james.b 3 times he absolutely ignored me . Misogynistic to his Max.

Great place to deck out your bathroom. David was amazing and helped us so much with all the fittings and gave really good advice. Prices were fantastic too.
