We engaged PMC after spending many months searching for a home and being frustrated by the lack of suitable stock, and with how quickly properties were selling. The PMC team immediately added real value by getting us into multiple properties that were 'off market' opportunities, using their industry connections to get early access. Ultimately this made all the difference for us as we were shown through a wonderful home approximately 2 months before it went to open market. That additional time enabled us to do all of our due diligence, obtain finance, and put us in pole position to start making serious offers as soon as the property was on the market. The result was that we secured our absolute dream home quickly and well before auction. When searching for a new home, a friend recommended PMC. I wasn’t familiar with what a property buyer was so went to my first meeting with Matt and Mike with no understanding. Both the guys were very informative and explained the service they provide very clearly. After discussing what I was looking for and my price range, Matt and Mike were able to show me a couple of homes that were off market.
