Wee Waa Motel

Very small rooms. Management is ok, very opinionated on everything. Steam from the shower set off the smoke alarm. Restaurant only open 1 night however, it was a good meal. I would stay there again, only because the only other Motel in town is a dive.

On the few times we've needed to stay, the booking process was easy. We got a deal for a long term stay with three people to a room. Room was tidy, bed was comfortable, glad for the aircon when January stay was so hot.

people running the place did not seem interested in us. Only gave directions to room when asked. Didn't supply water or milk. We got milk in the morning as at 8.30am I rang the office door which woke the manager up and asked for some milk and was given some through the door without seeing the person only hearing didn't I give you some?General outside gardens unattended too. Giant cateye weeds in walkway. Room in general neat and tidy. Bed good. Air conditioner needs thorough clean out or replacement as full of dust and spider webs. Cupboard in front of it inches of dust on it. Flyscreens ripped and had holes in them.

We found the room to be open clean and fresh. The manager needs a personality transplant and needs to be a little forthcoming with the wifi, breakfast and milk for coffee information. Other than that the rooms were comfortable and value for money.

Single room, it was clean and tidy. Comfortable and affordable.

Room was clean bed wasn’t bad but that’s where is stopped we booked a twin as staying with my father they had stuffed up and gave us a double so had to sleep with my father no milk no apology for the stuff up and had other family members travel the same as us 1300km to be told there was no room for them and nothing in town so they had to travel to narabri for a room yes we have a large family and we were there for a funeral but the manager was very rude and not helpful at all I am disabled and had steps to get into the room not very well thought out and think he was rubbing out names and trying to fit as many in as he could fit for maximum money and minimal effort paint peeling and cornice falling down in bathroom along with the corner vanity having water getting into it and had swollen and was all exposed not a great room but.did the job for the two nights

Large group booking was cancelled, with guests not being notified. The manager was very rude and used abusive language. It’s not the first time we’ve received bad customer service from this motel with many of our family stating they were not met with friendly staff in their past visits. We will not be using this motel again and don’t recommend anyone booking their loved ones into it either.

Stayed in a renovated room.Room was large, bed was soooo comfortable.Had dinner in the restaurant, owner & chef were very obliging as I was the only customer. Meal was great.
