Absolutely appalling company. We have been using your company to change our skip bins for ages now. You said to us that the bin would be changed Thursday, didn’t happen. Was told Friday, didn’t happen. When I called Friday afternoon and spoke to your receptionist who said “I don’t know why they haven’t picked it up the driver crossed your address off on his pick up list”. What excuse is that??!?! Then we were told that he would be coming today. Still has not yet shown up and your office is closed so I can’t call to follow up.Never recommending your company!

Being woken up by Trucks banging around at 7am on a public holiday isn’t my idea of a holiday !!!

Stevie the receptionist is extremely rude, unfriendly and not helpful at all. She gives attitude from the time of answering the phone until she hangs up on you
