Chad's Plumbing fixed my hot water last week. The service was prompt which was appreciated in Canberra's icy winter days. I thought that what they charged was very fair for the work done. Will happily use them again.

Chad's Plumbing are honest, reliable and trustworthy!They are excellent workers and will go out of their way to fix any problem you have! I wouldn't use any other plumbing in the Bungendore, Braidwood, Canberra area!These guys are the best!

Had no hot water and old system was spewing hot water from the top. called Jake at Chads plumbing who was very prompt and efficient with a quote and a new hot water system. Excellent service and very reasonable prices would highly recommend Chads Plumbing Solutions

March2020: Water Heater burst!! came and inspected problem at 7am next day, removed old tank, and had a new Water Heater installed by 3pm.May2020: Water pump not working properly. Inspected where the problem layed, and sourced a new better replacement pump. Thorough and very professional.

How disappointing. After reading such great reviews my experience is the opposite. Contacted this company to book a small job in - did not need immediate service but booked for 5 days time. Was asked to send text with details which I did within hour of initial phone call. Rang the day before to confirm job and ask for approx time. Was told all good would be there in the afternoon. By 7.00pm realised they weren't coming. Phoned next morning at 8.00am to see what had happened - got busy was the reason. Asked if he could do the job that day for me. Will check the diary and get back to you I was told....needless to say I am still waiting for that phone call. EXTREMELY disappointed with the service from these people.

Great service when a blocked drain backed up my plumbing. Chad turned up quickly with an electric eel and had it cleared the day I called him. I was really impressed with his client service and value for money.
