Vivien runs a horrific business and it shouldn't be referred to as a real estate agency. There is no website, no direct contact details for any staff, they blatantly ignore their clients and commit discrimination. Utter disgrace of a business, do not ever sell or lease your home with ALVI.

My wife rang asking for Vivian as we have rented from her in the past and a male answered and was incredibly rude to my wife totally disregarding what she was asking and and stated we all have issues in life and they don’t care. She was just asking about a rental property, you didn’t need to be so rude to her and hang up on her she was not disrespectful to you at all. Learn to have some customer service manners
