Just a quick email to say a special thank you to Hana A today for helping us pick our new mattress, a Tempur Cloud Elite Rhapsody Climate SL Mattress 27 cm (2 by long singles).Hana was extremely helpful and listened to our needs and what it was that we wanted to achieve with our new mattress. She was very knowledgeable about the beds, and although we did not choose the recommended mattress from the electronic assessment, she went out of her way to makes us feel comfortable with our purchase and was not pushy at all with getting to the payment.Please pass our thanks to Hana and the team at Taylors Lakes for a pleasurable visit and purchase from the store.We were also very comfortable with the payment process and the ability to have our old mattress taken away for what was a reasonable price.

The service was fantastic. TJ was really informative and helped us choose a great mattress to suit us and genuinely tried to get us a good deal. Also appreciated the follow-up call to ensure delivery went smoothly and check in to see if we were satisfied with the mattress.

We paid a competitive price for a Sealy Posturepedic mattress and the team was kindly able to allow us to defer delivery by a number of weeks until we had moved house. We also had a smaller item misdelivered, and Hana was able to quickly resolve the issue - we're grateful for the team's accessibility and support! Will be back in 10-15 years for the next mattress!
