I have taken Brazilian and underarm hair removal package of six sitting but looks like i have made mistake by pre paying. They have expiry date of 12 months and you wont get appointments that frequent.I have taken Brazilian wax and it took 2 minutes for them to done with it, they haven’t done it properly.I din not like their service.

It took me weeks to write a review regarding my experience in this clinic as I am not a fan of writing reviews in google towards a business as each one of us has its own experience and it varies from time to time. But this time I spent time to write regarding how poor and extremely bad the customer service I encountered. I've been with laser clinics for almost a year already , some of my treatments I had was in their emporium branch. Had my needling session last 29/12/22 and upon check out a girl mentioned that I still have 2 sessions left. Last 30/01/23 i had another session for skin needling but when check out i was told that I only have 1 left and i need to purchase a new one for the next session. I requested for a review and was told that their manager will email me regarding my disputes. 3 weeks has been passed but i didn't receive any feedback. Called them again to follow up and was promised again that they will email me. But again, they didn't even tried to call or email me back. I got sick and tired of following up. I just cancelled my future appointment and will never ever back again .just an advise to future clients, record all your purchases as their system is not that updated all the time.

I just had vascular removal with the amazing dermal clinician Shqipe and I'm overjoyed with the instant results. I had broken, red cappilaries under my nose and on both cheeks and she's zapped them off like magic. I had no idea this treatment was a one and done. Wish I'd done this sooner!  Highly recommend the services of Shqipe and the staff at Laser Clinics QV!

Been going to this clinic for over a year now and love it. Super efficient but thorough and I’ve had great results. Staff are warm and friendly (especially Veronica) and make you feel very comfortable!

(Price transparency feedback) Was told on the day of my booking that I would enjoy a promo price, even confirmed this multiple times with the receptionistHowever, I was charged $20 more during payment on the day of the treatment, had no choice but to pay up after.Their reason was that the promotional pricing was applicable only if you bought this with other treatments. The receptionist I booked with knew this was the only treatment I was going for but did not 'warn' me about this.Not sure if the treatment truly worked as well but I understand repeated sessions are required to see visible results.

Staff members were friendly and accommodating. Skin consultant explained and answered my concerns very well. Offered me different options and asked for my opinions as well.

I always enjoy the services at the QV laser clinic. The price is affordable, and the service is excellent, fast and friendly. The products are exceptional. I love the multi-active oil. It helps me to moisturise my skin all the time and slow the ageing. Love laser clinic

When I walked into the clinic, Christine Camero and Sarah Nguyen were very very helpful! They made my face feel so smooth! I got laser hair removal on my face! Would definitely recommend the two girls! They were so great!

This is a great place to go for laser hair removal! Berry treated me last time and she has a super comfortable energy and is very gentle. I felt well taken care of!

’ve been seeing Veronica for my hair reduction treatments for about a year now. Since the consultation, she’s always been super friendly and thorough which assures me that I can feel comfortable every time I come in. I haven’t needed as many treatments in some areas as I initially anticipated so that is such a bonus.Her work station is always immaculate and the clinic itself is welcoming and all smiles.Keep up the great work!
