Just want to share my recent experience with Computing Australia..As i have recently bought Laptop and printer from them..Their service is beyond the words..Chris been amazing with his quick responses and listen to what i exactly wanted..I have already recommend them to few of my friends and will keep doing that..Definitely coming back if anything i need in future..Well done Chris and team!

Went in to get a battery replacement for my dell xps 13. The receptionist told me it would take about 4 days. Fast forward to 3 weeks and I've finally got the laptop back. Also asked for an australian power lead as mine is currently a uk one, was told by Chris that he'd chuck one in at no charge, on pickup I was told by the receptionist that they didn't have any power leads. Receptionist also had a habit of swearing a bit - I wasn't impressed given Computing Australia is a professional company.Edit: Issues have been resolved by Chris. Many thanks

I heard a lot of promises wasted a lot of money with 3x other web developers (1x local, 2x international) before engaging Tim and his team at CA to finish my website. They took a look, scrapped it and started over again.CA created exactly what I wanted down to the last detail, dealing with many revisions without complaint, and without hitting the invisible wall and disappearing like many other web designers seem to be very good at.And they DIDN'T fleece me just because they DID know what they were doing - which I greatly appreciate. My experience elsewhere has been the direct opposite.CA are getting all my IT business from now on and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone wanting honest, competent, good value IT or web development service.
