Worst experience I ever had. I bought two cast iron products from them. What kind of company policy is that THEY CANNOT REFUND ??? Every big brands even do exchange and refunds. I came today to return and pick up a product then the manger of this store says they can only give back refund on loyalty cards ??? What if I don’t want any products from this store ever again then what happens with the money on loyalty cards. This is not sometime cheap products where you can let go of it. I’m very disappointed with their service and would not recommend anyone.
