Top Impression Bakery Wolli Creek

If you are stopping at Wolli Creek station, definitely make a stop here.The bakery items and coffee are top quality. I actually love their teryaki chicken bun. I know it maybe sounds weird, but it's great!On the other hand, I am still iffy about the pork floss bun. Pork floss...the concept eludes me. Too genre bending for my taste.

Have heard a lot about this place with mixed feelings. Some love it, some don't so I was sceptical whether the goods will live up to expectations. I was not disappointed. The cafe is right opposite Wolli Creek station and has a few tables outside. Inside it's like an Asian bakery concept where you grab a tray and tongs and pick the goodies you'd like and pay for it. There are of course the infamous Matcha croissant but they also have quite a few other items as well as loaves of bread and premade items in the disaply. On this occasion I chose the matcha croissant, coffee bun filled with belgium chocolate & a blueberry & cream cheese bun. All to be washed down with a matcha latte. The latte was strong with matcha flavour, not sweetned which I prefer and delicious. The matcha croissant was crispy and filled generously with matcha custard. The custard, like the latte was not overly sweet and had a good hint if matcha flavour which was perfect for me as any stronger will probably be overpowering given that there is quite a lot of custard filling. The coffee bun was dense, dark and flavourful and loved the chocolate in the centre, only if there was more! On the contrary, the blueberry bun was super light and fluffy with a smear of cream cheese inside. The flavours were nice but it was a little disappointing compared with the others. Overall really delicious and fast and efficient service.

Excellent coffee and baked goods in the Wolli Creek precinct.This place is part of my regular morning routine, nice and close to the train station. Perfect for a quick breakfast before heading to work.Recommended.

Good place for breakfast. Grab some bread and pastry along with coffee. Everything taste good. Just one thing to highlight is there are no indoor seating, only outdoor. They use indoor space to display the product. Disadvantage when weather is turning cold like these days.

Good & reasonably priced bakery cafe in this side of town, very conveniently located just outside the Wolli Creek Train Station. We came here just for the assorted flavoured croissants & did not try the other bread / pastries. We like them for the flavour varieties, but a big fan of the croissant’s crispy (instead of soft & buttery) texture.

The pastry I had (mushroom/cheese), although cold, it was very nice.Traditionally, pastries of that type are served warm or even hot. Those who have travelled a bit know.The girl taking your money at the front should be locked up in the kitchen and never be in contact with a customer.A mine worker looks happier.Saying thank you" in Australia is very basic. If you can't do that when you are taking people's money stay in the kitchen and wash the dishes. It's that simple."

Update:One more star for courteous staffs!Great coffee (and hot choc!)Pastries is yumm!They make fabulous choc drinks omgg could you increase trading hours and do night time plzzz:))

I was in the area, so I thought I'd give it a try. It's OK, I wouldn't rave about it. I heard it was far better in the early days when it was new but seems to have lost some of its quality. I'm not sure, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here.

Have tried a few items from this bakery 3 times over the past couple of months….unfortunately the flavours are very subtle & croissant’s are not very flakey/crispy. Tried both a taro & matcha flavours & both only had the slightest hint of flavour…..items are pricey & also agree with other reviews bread too is more value for money. Not a fan
