Rebecca Richards: Mindful, Somatic Psychotherapy & Counselling

While I have only had one session with Rebecca, I have already noticed so many positive changes around me and I have found it so much easier to clear and focus my mind. She offers a gentle ear to listen, words of support, validation and advice, and a variety of exercises to help you connect with yourself on a deeper level. Her focus on the link between mind and body is very refreshing compared to the often clinical methods many therapists use. In just one session I learned things about myself I’d never even considered. I’m very keen to go back, I can’t recommend Rebecca enough!!!

Rebecca has a gift to help uncover deep patterns that may not be serving us well. A session with Rebecca can be a revelation of hitherto unseen voices that interact to mold our responses to life. I really enjoy working with Rebecca and feel lighter afterwards.
