ID Flooring

We had a great experience with ID Flooring. We are very happy with the service they provided and our new carpet. Although there was a hiccup along the way with the carpet supplier, Chantel at ID Flooring kept us informed throughout the process and went over and above to ensure we had carpet installed that same week. Tyler and Lachlan did a great job of the installation and were very knowledgeable and efficient.

We wish to thank Ben and his Team at ID Flooring for the amazing transformation of our floors. They were so helpful every step of the way especially with our floors being so challenging and nothing was ever too much trouble. I would never had picked Vinyl for my floors however the Timber Herringbone look that I was after could not have turned out any better giving us less issues down the track. It has lightened up our house from the dark timber floors we once had. I will be back to finish off our renovations with ID Flooring for sure.

We have worked with Ben now on two of our homes and we loved the colour range that was available. The service they provided was excellent, including their follow up service on completion of our job. We highly recommend ID flooring, we are really happy with our new floors!

We’re pretty unhappy with our floor to be honest. It cost over $12k. I will admit, the existing subfloor was a challenge but we were assured that the way they suggested (using A LOT of leveling compound) would return a much better result. Our floor has dips and bumps right throughout. The floor sometimes feels kind of sweaty underfoot. The vinyl has already chipped in places (under 3 months), due to not laying completely flat. After paying that much money and getting the terrible quality we got, it’s pretty heartbreaking and disappointing. There is a lot more to life than a floor so won’t go on and on and list everything that went wrong (there is a lot). But at the end of the day, I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

We ordered some additional flooring to match existing. Ben was extremely obliging and very prompt in getting back to us to confirm that stock was available. The delivery was arranged seamlessly and the product arrived very speedily. Communication was great at all times.

The team from ID Flooring were fantastic. Everything they said they were going to deliver, they did.When a day after install I had some small issues with the vinyl planks, they were really prompt with sending out Tyler to make good those, small problem areas. From Sam with sales, Tyler, Alex and Andrew with flood and install, to Dale with follow up on my concerns, we could not be happier, these guys really delivered on their product.

I can only describe my experience with Integra Direct as the best in the industry without a doubt. The price, quality and value backed up by their friendly customer service is nothing short of exceptional. My flooring product from Karndean design was ready within days down here in Melbourne.
