We were very pleased with the customer service first and foremost and of course the knowledgeable staff, quality and range of products available. We had visited other similar stores but Forty winks Castle Hill was the best in comparison in all of the above. We were instantly greeted by Pearl as soon as we entered the store. We were impressed by the knowledge Pearl and John had with the mattresses and answered all our questions and helped us find the perfect mattress for us. John was also very knowledgeable, transparent and honest as well as very accomodating in terms of price and we are very happy with our purchase. Thanks Forty Winks Castle Hill, we highly recommend!
