Tiny store with delicious fudge, chocolates, jams, and even unicorn poo cookies! My only constructive criticism would be that the fudge packets should have labels indicating the different flavours as it's hard to differentiate between them.

Really good peanut brittle, we would lie and say it's bad to stop people from buying it. But it's just too good!

The staff are lovely and very helpful. Sooo many things to choose, from all types of chocolates to teas and jams. So much more. Definitely coming back

Good variations of chocolates and fudge, I was genuinely excited to do tasting. Came in to the shop for a tasting and found the cash register lady busy stomping around the cash register and back room doing things. She looked annoyed and flustered. We thought let’s give her a little time to finish what she’s doing and roamed around the shop. Finally we made our way to the chocolate fridge and said hi to the lady. Showed her our voucher, took it out of my hand and started doing things. I wasn’t sure whether I should wait or came with her to the other side of the counter; I stayed. She came back not long after and gave us these tiny weeny chocolate and fudge cuttings on a cupcake paper. Quickly explained what’s what and left us alone. Did not even give us he chance to ask questions. Such a shame because the sweets were actually quite tasty. Service was terrible, no acknowledgment whatsoever. Perhaps could do with another shop assistant to assist the customers. Won’t be back.

I went last weekend to Pokolbin Chocolate shop and I just adore every single product.I’m super fan of tea and I was searching since a long time Rose Buds and for my surprise I ended up buying Lavender Tea too, they got this wonderful range of different exotic natural tea, like vanilla and more.Each package is $9.95 for 60g súper accesible in comparison with the industria ones and super rich in flavour. With 60g you can make around 60 litres of tea.Rose buds, contain a high concentration of Vitamin C, which is better than fresh citric fruit.I send to them a question to see if I can cook with the buds. I want to make brownies with rose buds :) hopefully they will come back to me soon. I search and in Dr. Google said you can eat all the organic buds, but is good to double check.Chocolates are delicious and you have a huge variety of them with nuts, fruits.For only $6.95 I got Milk Chocolate Cashews for 150g and $6.95 for Hawaiian Crunch for 135g, high chocolate quality. If you’re going to skip the diet do it right and with the best around Hunter Valley.I’ll definitely come back for more.Super happy with my goodies.

Felt completely ignored at this chocolate place. We were the only customers in the store until a couple of other families arrived few mins after us. I had intended to buy few chocs and the lady behind the counter walked straight past me and my family and started offering tasting treats to everyone but us. To be honest, I wasn't expecting them to provide tastings and was going to buy the chocolates anyway. But the whole time, she had her back facing me and started explaining to everyone else what the treats are. When I tried to ask a question she had no interest in responding. I never felt so invisible, maybe she doesn't like Asians. So I left without any purchases and went down the road to Hunter Valley Chocolate at Petersons house. Great friendly service, spent my $$$ there instead.

Great little chocolate shop has some pretty impressive chocolate products and combinations.We tried some of there hand made choices and they where delicious

I would honestly rate them lower if I could. 0/10 customer experience.

Overpriced but a must visit if traveling to the Hunter Valley. Give each kid a budget and remember: you are on a holiday.
