New premises are fantastic. I didn't have to wait at all. Got my ticket number and was called up before I got to even sit down. Staff looked happy and enjoying there job which made me feel good about being there.

Good customer service at the desk but one specific person who does the drivers tests I swear she fails everyone on their first try just to get more money out of people.

Once I found the DoT, I was greeted at the door and assisted with getting my ticket to get my address changed. I always forget my password, so it is sorted quickly and I am on my way.
