Jow Ga Kung Fu Surry Hills
Being a student of this Academy has supported my life for 20 years, physically and spiritually. The Instructors are highly skilled. Classes are available from 7a.m. till late evening. The community is supportive and like a family. The traditions of Jow Ga are taught and the spiritual philosphies of compassion and respect are strong. Students help each other train and then go out and deal with life happy, strong and focused. Awesome place led by a wonderful Sifu.

I've been training here for almost two years and I love it. Such a welcoming atmosphere, Sifu Josh Smith and other teachers know their stuff and teach Jow Ga Kung Fu in a very friendly but challenging way. Kung Fu is an incredible life skill to learn and the Australian Jow Ga Kung Fu Academy is the place to learn it. Highly recommended!

I learnt Kung Fu from Sifu and the Australian Jow Ga Kung Fu Academy for over 9 years. I only left the Academy because I moved to live overseas. The level of teaching and exceptional knowledge that Sifu and his teachers have, is of the highest quality. The system taught here is complete. I learnt much more than just martial arts. I also learnt some great life skills and a sound philosophy for life. Thank you Sifu.

Hands down the best Kung fu school in Sydney. I looked around but found this was the most welcoming. With a sunlight filled studio, weapon based training, strong techniques but most importantly with history that goes back generations and everyone is always respected. Leave your ego at the door, this is Kung Fu pure and simple.

This place offers a diverse curriculum in a professional, positive, safe and supportive environment where you can learn to utilise an amazing variety of weapons and empty hand techniques.
