C & L Tool Centre

I ordered 5 Bessy clamps on Thursday morning and received them Friday morning before smoko l was using them less than 24hr after ordering OUTSTANDING!!! I was almost blown off My feet if you have to order anything from local businesses it takes at least two weeks I will be purchasing a lot more from C&L Tool Centre in the future.

It has been 4 months since I came to the shop last time.I always use their website to shop. They process the order very quickly. After I place the order, it will usually be delivered to my home within two to three days.Their shop has made a lot of changes, and the products are a bit more than before.C&L has been my first choice for purchasing tools in the past few years.

Awful website security, hacked web pages sending out phishing emails. Beware, credit card payments and more can be compromised if the main web page PHP is scripted / hacked doe to poor web security.EDIT: I have edited my initial review since you have actually responded and I appreciate that, however your response seems like a straw-man argument to the actual issue (just because I have not purchased items from you doesn't mean your website was not compromised), you should just check your web security regardless as it was simply timely courteous info.This is from someone with 23 years in IT Security and Information Tech.

Andrew has been fantastic, he has bent over backwards to help us, not once, every time we have been there!Highly recommend these guys!

There was a slight discrepancy between the part number and the description so I rang and they picked the item from the shelf to confirm the part. I ordered it on Monday morning and paid for express freight, it arrived first thing Wednesday morning in Canberra.That’s perfect service.

Kevin has just given the best customer service i've had for a very long time - Thank you so much !!Back Story - Sooooo.... I called looking a for a socket that was no longer made (as of dec 2021) trying to locate one was proving harder then I thought.After calling quite a few people & internet searches, I called C&L Tool Center, Kevin answered.He looked it up. Nope they had none.Kevin could have stopped there like everyone else, but nope.Kevin then emailed the rep, and then found out that some place in the NT had one, then called me back to let me know.It is greatly appreciated & soon the pesky hard to get obsolete socket will be in the kit again, matching all the other ones. (not that I don't like the new shiny ones that are his replacements, but the whole kit is all the now obsolete type)Will defiantly be coming back to these guys again.Thank you again for the outstanding service
