R.M.Williams Chatswood Chase

Worst service ever, they are more concerned about chatting than answering questions, go to the store in westfield chatswood they are a ton better than this joke of a store

Always go there, unfortunately they don't have boots I saw at Darwin, side zipper brown in colour. I was told they were very popular n sold out. If so why don't u manufactur more. ???

Worst customer experience in my life. The Chatswood manager measured and fitted a pair of boots that were the wrong size. I went to Warringah Mall RM Williams who measured my feet and advised the boots were too short and too wide. The Chatswood Manager refused to admit he made a mistake and told me it was my fault the boots were not the right size and he would not exchange them. I will be going to the ACCC and contacting the CEO - what a disgrace for an Australian Iconic brand!!!

Amazing service! I originally purchased my pair of R.M Williams here and was thrilled with the level of service. I really felt like the staff that assisted me wanted to make sure I got the perfect pair that was comfortable and suited my style.We recently wanted to get a pair for my wife. After a couple of lacklustre experiences at other R.M Williams stores that almost made her give up on the brand, I insisted that we give the shop at Chatswood Chase another go. I'm glad we did because once again, even though it was a different person that helped us, the level of service was impeccable. If you want a pair of R.M Williams, even if you don't live close by, I'd recommend coming across town for this shop. You won't regret it!

A great jeans buying experience with friendly and helpful staff. I never knew there were so many types of denims with different strengths and stretch. Google told me RM Williams jeans are great so I am giving them a go.

Very poor customer service that I did NOT expect from RMs.I love the brand and have been a customer for a while now. I walked into the Chatswood Chase store expecting the familiar friendly service. A gentlemen served me, he might have been the store manager, on 29/10/22 around 3pm. He wasn’t friendly, not even a “how are you” and made me feel rather small and doesn’t belong in this store. It was very obvious that didn’t consider me as a potential customer until I tried to show him a previous receipt.Regardless I’m existing or a potential customer or not, I should not have been treated so condescendingly.

Nothing stood out but it provides the basic expectations - retail store with staff, some products in stock, accept EFTPOS and can email invoices. What I did appreciate was that each staff I spoke to at different branches were aware of each product in season (and previous).

Exceptional and welcoming service from staff at this store. Very helpful and accommodating when sizing my boots down to half sizes.I would definitely recommend this store if you're looking for RM Williams products.
