Boxcore Boxing Fitness
I’ve been going to Boxcore for 3 weeks now and it’s exactly what I need. Previously I was just running and getting injured a lot but Boxcore is the perfect mix of strength and cardio without the repetitive stress I was putting on my knees from running. Gary is great at being able to assess where you’re at and how hard to push you. Definitely recommend.

Gary is an amazing trainer, with an incredible facility.So great to have this option so close to home.He also runs a fantastic kids, and teens program, which both my kids attend.Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Fantastic and effective way to get fit, release stress and have fun. Not like those boring gyms that do not much for you.Gary has set up a nice well equiped boxing gym that will help to make me fit without converting me into a Mike Tyson !!!Marco

Really good first class there. Love that the coach broke down all the basics as it really helped to bring back the knowledge i’d previously had. Really enjoyed that the classes aren’t repetitive within the week so you aren’t doing the same thing constantly. Also really happy to have a local place that has a class running after 6pm for busy work days and i’m still able to get to a class. Looking forward to continuing my journey at Boxcore Boxing.

I’m new to boxing and loving the classes! Gary makes you feel super comfortable and runs a great class mixed with boxing technique and HIT exercises. Lots of sign up options to suit everyone’s needs along with a 7 day trial. Would highly recommend!!
