I would love to recommend the lovely Lydia who we were helped massively by on Saturday at the Macquarie store. Extremely helpful, had lots of knowledge and was very patient with us as first time engagement ring shoppers. I will be going back purely for this exceptional customer service experience!

I specifically requested a watch that has backlights for the digital displays as well as the entire display. The sales assistant assured me the one he sold me had those functions. When I got home I found this not to be the case. I have been back to the store and followed up with phone calls asking for a refund. I have been told that it’s not possible and that they have an email correspondence between them and head office confirming that. I was told I could have a copy of that but this has not been provided

The young(ish) bloke that works there (Alexander) is awesome. Polite, helpful and knowledgable on different metals and styles. Helped us select my wedding band and was able to get quotes for a range of rings that they don't hold in stock. We ended up with a somewhat cutom ring that was reasonably priced. The ladies were not as helpful. A bit hit and miss with the staff but 5 stars for Alexander!!

I was approached by a lovely young man named Alex who has exceptional customer service skills.He was a delight to speak with and also very knowledgeable.

Had a really lovely experience with Angus & Coote at Macquarie Centre.I’m frustrated I didn’t get the lady’s name who helped me, either way, I am so happy with the customer service as there was no push to purchase my jewellery. I didn’t feel like I HAD to make a decision there and then and the lovely lady that helped me was so patient as I tried on different necklaces and the same one three times before I made my decision! Would definitely return to this store again when wanting a beautiful piece of jewellery that can be treasured!

I went to this store at the end of last year. I was served by an older lady who wasn’t very welcoming. I bought a ring and a bracelet. We also wanted to resize a ring that I had bought from another place. The lady wasn’t very helpful and used the wrong ring sizer which we didn’t realise until we got the rings back and one of them wasn’t correct. We then took this back to the store to ask to get it the correct size in which the same lady responded “I was busy i don’t remember you I have many clients”. We then waited two weeks for the ring for them to then tell us when picking up a different ring that it actually wasn’t possible to get the ring in that size, so we had waited weeks for no reason as it just sat inside there office. The bracelet I bought then fell off last week and we took it back to get it fixed to which they were happy to do however they have now stopped selling it and we were advised that by taking out a link previously it weakened the bracelet causing it to break. We were not advised of this by the original lady who we bought it off. Overall a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this store as they have not only terrible customer service but terrible quality.

Very bad experience with Angus and Coote Macquarie. Some of their staff is so rude to customers, very reluctant to assist and listen to their clients.

Got served by a wonderful young man yesterday. he was so friendly and made my experience easy and pleasant! He did not try 'sell' me anything for the sake of it, just listened to what i was after and was there to help which is so refreshing! Thank you for such a lovely experince!
