Have been buying fuel since Feb 1964 and have never seen pumps being cleaned as often as it is done here. Top marks.As a matter of fact untill now I have never seen pumps being cleaned ever.HOWEVER the owner could give some more positive advice to people who have poor reviews and address their concerns rather than a std reply to all hoping their experience is better next time.Pretty poor effort. Improvement comes from the top down.

Today's night staff was horrible. Doesn't know anything about customer service. Went in store around 1-2 am 4th of July and lady behind the counter was extremely rude. No greetings nothing feels like served by a robot. Not coming back to this trash store. 0 star. And 1 suggestion to that lady.... You batter find another job rather than making other people's day bad.

I’m not happy I got tricked into spending my discount on silly chips he was holding in his hands before I even got to the counter .. firstly you are corralled to the counter .. then the gentlemens English was not easy to understand . He kept saying these are free chips.. I said no Thankyou twice then he says but they are free I said ok I’ll give them away.. turns out it was my 4$ discontinued that he used to pay for them ! !

Awful customer service. I understand protecting your store against theft... but standing awkwardly at the door, staring at a customer to the point they feel uncomfortable and leave isn't the way to do it. Offering some help would've been appreciated and gave you the opportunity to keep an eye on me... not that it was necessary.

2 stars because they sell 95 ULP, but no more because they wouldn't start the pump until I took my helmet off. My passenger had her helmet in one hand, and her credit card in the other so she could pay for the fuel. No face coverings for her, so we weren't planning to do a runner with $15 worth of stolen fuel. And if the garbled noise that came from the outside speaker was a request for me to remove my helmet, neither of us understood it. If you provide hooks for helmets at the pumps, and you ask all people with face coverings to remove them, then maybe you have a legitimate policy...but some people may object to the profiling.
