fast efficient service and the staff are all very helpful

Once again this team has done a great job with my ride on mower. Poor thing does get a lot of use and I have had a few repairs over the years. Always done quickly and at a reasonable price. Great to have a local service.

This is a great shop, very handy for numptys like me who stuff their chainsaws and other small engine equipment. Bing bang, an afternoon call and it's all done.Reasonably priced too.

Booked our ride on in for a service and blade sharpen which we were charged $164 for…First use two days after the service and it was rattling and not running as it did before taking it in. We discovered the oil cap was not put back on and majority of the oil had been lost as a result and that the clip for the blades was not secure hence causing the rattling. When we checked under the blades and noticed it wasn’t connected we also noticed the blades had not been sharpened at all.I phoned Stihl during business hours and left a voicemail that was never returned.My husband then took the blades off and went to another business who confirmed the blades had not been sharpened and desperately needed replacing.My husband has then phoned Stihl and spoke with a women who said the service may have been completed by someone who no longer worked there (this was about 4 weeks after the service) and that she would discuss with her husband and phone us back. It’s now January 23rd with no return call and still out of pocket for a service that may not have even happened and blades that were not sharpened. Disappointing for a small business in a small town to say the very least 10/10 do not recommend.
