Our company had to place a last-minute order for 20 individually engraved trophies (on a Saturday no less); Roy was a great help, the order was processed and collected within hours. It's probably safe to assume the service is just as good, if not better, when you book in advance.

Terrible customer service. Partner went simply to purchase 2 small trophies. No engraving required just a transaction. Albeit he ignored an unprofessional note on door claiming to be too busy for customers my partner knocked only to be “greeted” by an older gentleman who was so rude, unwelcoming and unhelpful. Definitely won’t be going back EVER and will be sure to tell people at all sports clubs we attend both locally and further a field. In this day and age when business is already hard this kind of service is appalling.

I've used Roy to make custom engraved front panels for the audio equipment I manufacture for the last 4 years and his product and service are unparalleled. Always helpful and quick. Couldn't recommend more. My jobs are often tricky or in small quantities but nothing is ever a problem. Keep up the top stuff Roy!

Terrific store - it holds so many awards!!! It reminds me of Aladdin finding the genie's lamp - so many amazing, shiny treasures!!! The technician is excellent and knowledgeable. He is quick to answer email requests too. He was very kind and so eager to assist. He listened to what we needed before making many helpful suggestions. He was happy to do simple, straightforward trophies, or ones that were more specific as well as custom made options. I am of the impression that no job would be too hard!! A true professional and a master of his work! Highly recommend this store for all your trophy, engraving or award needs!

Terrible customer service. I understand what i needed was last minute. But the gentleman was completely unhelpful. Every thing seemed so hard and difficult for him to do. I decided on something which would have been perfect and I was flexible on what he could do for me, yet he complained about it being extra work for him and suggested i choose something off the shelf rather than custom engraved piece. Dont waste your time, go somewhere else like I did.In response to your reply.Thanks for being exactly how you were on this day because I went to another store. Not only did they sit down and have a chat to me despite their usualand regular customers". They took time to learn about our Club and obviously saw some potential. Because of their exemplary customer service our Club has used them three times a year for the past three years. They actually became a club sponsor. My poor planning and your poor customer service actually brought a lot of good. So no hard feelings.I wish you all the best."
