These machines double charge when trying to pay. And no body answers the helpline. There is only IVR messages playing. This has happened for the 3 end time. Such a waste of time to coming here and get things done.

I'm came here cause the laundry place I was at had a blackout. Price here for the largest machine is $14, whereas the same size machine at the other place is $9. Also there is no coin machine to exchange cash notes. I had notes only so I had to use my card.

Impossible access for people in mobility scooters. The place was dirty, the dryers needed their filters changed Big Time! Don't recommend this place.

Extremely poor, there is a payment service that requires a bar code and sign in. I completed the download added money to the account as requested. Called the service number as could not get the machine to start. Was told that it was a new service and can’t be used yet…. I explained it would of been good to have a sign advising this to stop people wasting money. The response was oh well your the first one as it’s just been done today… no apology or help at all. Very poor

As soon as I placed my washing in one of the machines, a blaring alarm went off, causing a disturbance and drawing the attention of everyone around. The sudden noise was not only embarrassing but also highly inconvenient. I expected a 24/7 service to be prepared for customers at any time, but it seemed like my mere presence triggered some sort of alarm.To my utter disbelief, instead of resolving the issue or providing an explanation, I was unceremoniously kicked out of the laundromat. I was left standing outside, bewildered and frustrated, with my washing still in the machine. It was a complete disregard for customer service and a clear demonstration of their failure to meet their stated operational hours.The lack of assistance or even basic communication from the staff at Star Laundromat was incredibly disappointing. As a customer, I expected a minimum level of support and understanding, especially given the circumstances. Instead, I was treated with indifference and left to deal with the inconvenience on my own.It is deeply disheartening to experience such unprofessionalism and false advertising. I had chosen Star Laundromat based on their supposed 24/7 service, hoping for a convenient and hassle-free laundry experience. Sadly, it turned out to be the complete opposite.I cannot recommend Star Laundromat in Adelaide to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-oriented laundry service. Their failure to live up to their own claims, coupled with the dismissive treatment of customers, makes this establishment highly unsatisfactory. Save yourself the frustration and seek out a more reputable and dependable laundry service in the area.

Only used this place to wash a king-size Doona. It was very clean and the wash cycle was fairly quick, so I didn't have to wait around for too long. I didn't think the price was too bad (I can't remember the exact amount) and they have plenty of parking out front.They also have a dedicated machine for pet items.

Always spend about $120 a week to have laundry in star laundromat. Recently, they have changed the online payment system. It’s so inconvenience, and how is the system bad. I rang to server. She kept saying that is internet issue. No, it’s not. I have visited here several time. When the internet doggy, the cctv does works. Thank you for giving me an idea to find another supplier. When I finish the credit, I will never come back again.BTY, please test system before you bring them in. This is how to ruin a business’s credibility.Answering your question. It is the dryers. Everything was fine when I did washing. Then the system showed an error payment notice when I tried to start a dryer.

Bottom row, 4th from left, has a bolt stuck in it. I already removed 1 but then after restart, still noisy, but couldn't remove the other bolt.Check your pockets before washing.
