I haven’t been to a McDonald’s for probably 5 years because it’s not exactly my type of place; but considering I lost 3kg, I needed sugar and there were not much choice close there, I decided to stop and take a McFlurry with M&M’s. Probably not a healthy choice but delicious for sure.The staff was working really hard.

Make sure you ask for a spoon with your frappe because you will receive huge chunks of ice instead of crushed ice. Don't even bother with a straw because you'll have no chance using it.This photo is from a single mouthful and it was the same the whole way through.The burgers are put together neatly, though!

Every single time I go through drive through here, EVERY SINGLE TIME, they park me, to make it worse they only have one waiting bay, they will have one person park in the waiting bay, and then ask the 2nd to wait in the car park.I don’t know if McDonald’s management is aware of this but you are not allowed to turn right into the carpark from the drive through, it is clearly signed that you can only turn left, and there is a very specific reason, turning right into the carpark means you are turning into vehicles that are leaving the carpark to rejoin Victoria road.Not only is this unsafe but if something were to happen that driver will be liable, all because the staff asked them to wait in the carpark.This is absolutely not ok, and I am well aware that the reason for frequently parking cars like that is to meet their KPI’s for how long cars are waiting in the drive through. The staff and their managers are taking shortcuts and cheating to meet their KPI’s and parking more customers than the space they have allocated, forcing their customers to make an illegal right hand turn into the carpark.McDonald’s Management needs to address this immediately

After a hard day at my own retail job all I want is a McChicken. I order it from Menulog and the driver has been in the restaurant for 40 minutes. What is he doing? Having a candlelit meal before he travels to give me my burger? Am yet to receive it and I am cold hungry and scared. So disappointed.

I mean maccas is maccas, but this store is very clean, which is a plus for me.We visited this store at about 11pm or so, and there were so many hot dudes having burgers lol. Plus one dude behind the counter is super cute.

Issue with printer with self serve counter resulted in confusion with orders. Was told 5 times that my order didn't go through until I showed my a/c debit. Very poor service and very little care factor from management. My understanding was that this fast food model was built on efficiency... obviously still requires competency from staff to deliver this efficiency.. maybe travel a little further to another outlet or even better buy from another local purveyor of fresh food.

they treat the delivery guys very badly, the manager in the morning told me that I couldn't withdraw order from two apps and slammed the window in my face. asked if she coordinated the apps, poorly prepared

Getting a decent coffee is becoming harder and harder. I've had nice coffees from here before which is why I've kept going back but today after paying for 2 x coffees to try and get what I paid for the first time, I just can't waste any more money on coffees I didn't want. I paid extra for an item which I didn't get do ordered it again and specifically mentioned it to ensure I would get it, despite it being on the receipt. Disappointed again. Can't afford to waste more money.
