Coco Republic

We are happy with our coffee table from Coco Republic. The delivery by Pedro, Rafa and Lucas was great too. Arrived when they said they would, was polite and did a good job moving a very heavy piece of furniture carefully over our limestone steps. Thank you

I wanted to say Thankyou to Pedro,Jamie and Lucas who delivered my Coco Republic Isabella Cabinet. It’s a huge glass cabinet and they handled it with care coming in.They were very polite, clean and took away the rubbish. Also very mindful checking the wall lights also purchased making sure all was ok. Excellent service by the boys I would recommend them completely! and love my purchase it was made for the space.

Ordered 2 coffee tables, full Malmo outdoor package, St Martin Table and dining chairs in September 2022. We were very happy with the service in the store but unfortunately that's where the customer experience ended...The first part of the order arrived and one couch arrived damaged and was taken to be replaced. There was no follow up from Coco Republic. I have had to make numerous phone calls, emails and I am still waiting for it to arrive. I am told 'hopefully' February...The second part of the order has just arrived. Again more damaged stock... the table was delivered with a chip in the table top.To further add to the great customer experience I have just noticed that the table has been setup incorrectly so that the legs are on the wrong side of the table and they do not sit flush with the ground.I have to say the staff in the Karrinyup store are very helpful but as I have found out, head office has shown a total disregard for client service...Love the furniture but I'm not sure we would ever risk dealing with aftermath of the purchase again.

I had a wonderful experience with numerous recent purchases from Coco Republic. The customer experience in store was wonderful and delivery expectations were clearly communicated and met. Pedro, Lucas and Rafa did a great job with delivery. I will continue to be a loyal Coco Republic customer.

We just had our new outdoor table delivered and installed with the White Glove service. Have to say that the two men who did the delivery were awesome!! 10/10. Thanks Pedro and Lucas for your brilliant, friendly and professional service.

Pedro, Baley and Chris delivered my dining table today and did an amazing job. Communication prior to arrival was great and easy to coordinate. When they got there they put it together for me incredibly quickly and took all their rubbish with them. Can’t recommend them enough.

If you fortunate enough to have Ray, Emmanuel and Ben deliver your furniture from CoCo Republic then you know you receive 5star service from them. I have had many items delivered by them and their attention to detail ranging from messaging prior to delivery to placing the items where you would like them, to removing any remaining boxes is on point. Quality and top service from sales through to delivery. I had a small problem I didn’t want turning into a big one and they were professional and courteous all the way.Chris and Cameron who delivered were respectful of my home and ensuring I was happy before they left. Could not ask for a better experience and if I could give another 5 stars it would be just for the delivery
