Despite giving them the details, including size and part number from the original cap off the car they still managed to get the wrong size. Wasted almost a half a day on this.

Called up for some Subaru parts. I'd been looking all over for them, and within 5 minutes I had them put aside, ready to pick up. Very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!

I had part number refused to even search it with out vin number. I dont have the vin as its not going in that car. Got told cant help ya without a vin number yet somehow a mate who gave me the part number ordered the excate part i needed off bradstreet parts without the vin number.

Worst customer service. Doubt half of them know how to use a phone, when they constantly hang up on customers. Some sound dead when they answer the phone. Go to another place to order parts.

1 star for being deceptive liers.Keep well clear of these SCAMMERS. Stewart the manager of Newcastles cheapest cars also trading as Brad street parts is a lying you know what and roxanne is a, lets say ho to put it nicely. The defective vehicle's they sell are death traps, They even write reviews for themselves as another person stated on their car dealership site
