DO NOT rent through the real estate. They are known for taking almost all vacating tenants to tribunal.Even if you were to rent a house through them and never live in it, they'd still try to take you to tribunal for the bond.I have 2 pieces of advise to anyone vacating a property that's lease through this company and that is, 1. Claim your bond before they have a chance, that way they pay the tribunal fees, and 2. Don't be scared to go to tribunal it's not as intimidating as it sounds.

I would not recommend this agent. I had a difficult tenant and felt no support from this agent. The name may have changed from Walton Property to Stone Real Estate but the management is the same.They put a tenant in my home that had a history of taking her landlords to the tenancy tribunal for financial benefit. The tenant was never made to comply with the terms of the lease. I felt completely unsupported as a landlord.
