The Athlete's Foot Top Ryde

I went to the store looking a shoes for workout. I was greeting by the sales person with first foot in the store -I don’t remember the name- checked by walking pattern and suggested the right Hoka shoes for me. He made me try 3 different variants. I was really impressed the moment I entered the shop. I then decided the shoes I wanted but colour was not available. I asked can it be posted advised don’t have that facility. The next person- I presume he must be the in charge there decided would be able to post the shoes to me without any charges and sent me the tracking number today to advise the item has been sent. The customer service is really excellent. I did ask him is there a way to post a positive review- then advised no need and he hoped I enjoy the shoe. I have never seen a sales people without expecting much in return. Kudos to both the sales rep. Excellent customer service. If this is the service level you get I would not mind much in paying extra. Thank you

I just needed to try Hoka runners as my friend was very happy with hers . Daniel helped my partner and i , checked our feet and suggested 3 different styles that was the best . Daniel was knowledgeable and knew all the styles and had a lot of information about how to make our feet more comfortable and how to decrease heel pain that i had . So definitely the customer service he provided was fantastic and we really appreciate his help . We ordered online as i had an online offer and picked up from the store at the same time which was so convenient. Thanks a lot to Daniel.

Me and my partner came to athletes foot for the first time in top Ryde we were greeted and served by Daniel, he was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and very caring towards what would be best for our health. He is amazing and we highly recommend him!!! Thank you Daniel

Great service from Daniel. He really knows what he is talking about. Having a few issues with my foot and ankle I don't find it easy to select the right shoe but after hearing my story and watching how I walked he found me the perfect solution.I have dealt with a few shoe stores over the years and the service here stands out so I decided to get on here and write this review. I highly recommend Athletes foot Ryde.

Customer service and Knowledge Daniel have is remarkable.He helped me n my daughter to hv correct shoes and insoles for plantar fasciatis and heel pain, we really appreciate Daniel helps throughout.Thanks again.

I told them My size is 42". The person selling me the shoe looks at me and says "No it's bigger" and proceeds to (without telling me)

Being an owner of a retail business I do value good customer service and I must say my experience at the Top Ryde Athlete’s Foot branch was awesome. Daniel and Maddie were really professional, efficient, genuinely helpful and importantly, had great energy!

On March 4, 2023 - I bought Hoka running shoes from The Athlete's Foot, Top Ryde. I was attended to by Jason (hopefully I recall his name correctly). Jason showed great diplomacy, thoughtfulness and respect in the assistance he provided me. A very satisfying shopping experience resulted from this. For any business that would hire him, he is a real asset!

Just bought a pair of shoes for my 17yo son at athletes foot top ryde. Shopping for shoes for my son is not easy as he suffers from an AVM in his left leg which has left his left foot wider than the right. The chap who served us (can't remember his name unfortunately, wears glasses), was nothing short of exceptional.His knowledge and service along with a great understanding of what my son needed was fantastic. Will not buy shoes anywhere alse after today as he made the experience so comfortable for my son who tends to get a little embarrassed about his condition.

Daniel at the Top Ryde Store is the best I've been served by anywhere in the world" for when It comes to shoes & feet. I purchased three pairs of shoes last year and another pair today being work boots. He is outstanding with a heck of a lot of knowledge & I sure needed his expertise again as being on my feet all day everyday with feet pain I couldn't have seen anyone better. The Athlete's Foot are extremely lucky to have someone of Daniel's calibar on board. If I was in management I'd be throwing a huge salary at him to stay for life.
