I bought online, the products were late, that was ok, however when it arrived an item was out of stock with no prior notice and it was one that I really wanted and had paid for my products in completion. Surely it should state that the product was out of stock online. The slicker brush I ordered was supposed to have soft pins but they were certainly not.Also when I first joined up the code they gave me to get $10 off the first order had expired.So moreover I am disappointed with the service and unlikely to reorder.I noted the reply however I was not notified about the out of stock product. The order date was the 6/5 and it arrived 12/5 and I said that was ok. Thank you for acknowledging my review.

My dogs absolutely love the joint care chews and the 4cyte joint care additives. It has made such a difference to my greyhounds, especially my older one who is 12 next February, and his ability to move around without discomfort.

Seamless service from ordering online to receiving order. Thank you! Living in Katherine in the NT sometimes means things take ages to arrive, even before COVID-19 restrictions & wild weather events. I ordered on 19th of January & received my order, left exactly where I asked it to be left, on the 28th, a quicker turnaround time than some other items ordered through other companies. I also appreciated the updates through tracking. Will definitely be a return customer.
