I brought in my car in on a Monday and had it back on the Friday. When I got it back I couldn't believe that it was the same vehicle I'd handed in! My car looked like it had just rolled off the production line in a factory. It looks absolutely like new.The service was top notch, incredibly friendly, polite people who were more than willing to chat and we left on excellent terms. I couldn't recommend these guys enough.Thanks so much to the fantastic people who repaired the car.

George, Joe and the team at George & Co are friendly, efficient, and professional, they have gone above and beyond our expectations with their service and delivery of our Porsche Cayenne. If you've been in an accident, you want to be reassured throughout the process, you don't want the headache of having to do all the paperwork, they do all this for you regardless of the insurance company. They called and update us throughout the entire process of the repairs. Their customer service experience stands out as it's rare to be treated so well these days. This experience exceeded my expectations as I was expecting to be without the use of my car for quite a while. Well if my first experience with George & Co is duplicated when I see them next time, then the 5 stars should also duplicate. I took what is important to me to George & Co and from the word go I along with my vehicle were treated as though I & it were important to them. Their service was genuine and without any ego, what a great team of people and I was pleased to have met them and am so please I chose them to look after my vehicle enhancements.It’s not everyday we can walk away from doing business with a new company and say I had a great experience, so when you do, its a be grateful and remember it as I have with George & Co. George is truely the greatest mechanic and body shop owner I've ever met. A true Porsche enthusiast. We are a family of Porsche collectors and I can honestly say no one will care more for your car than George and his crew. Honest, caring and great people. Couldn't ask for anything more than what he did for my car.

I recently purchased a vary rare and valuable Porsche from an Interstate Owner. To my absolute dismay, when the car rolled off the truck there was some very slight paint damage to one of the guards which was not disclosed in the PPI. I called Porsche Melbourne and they advised George and Co could help. From the minute I arrived I was welcomed by George and Joe who re-assured me not to stress and they would match the PTS paint colour. To be honest, after a few days, I began to have second thoughts that repairing such a small blemish was the right thing to do. I kept hassling George as I was so keen to get it fixed and he kept me calm and constantly informed. After a few weeks of sleepless nights, I got the car back from George in Perfect Condition! George even arranged to get the car roadworthy at Porsche Melbourne for no additional fee, which I really didn't expect. We had a long chat about different model Porsches the day I collected the car and he is clearly very passionate about all things Porsche.I am eternally grateful George . You an are absolute Legend!Thanks to you and the whole team :)

Had to go out of my way to write a review after my car was repaired after an accident. 10/10 for customer service, all staff went out of their way to call you by your name, welcome you, and nothing was too much trouble. Made what could have been a stressful time a relief knowing that they were taking care of everything and they did an outstanding job. Call out to Joe the GM- every business needs someone like you!
