Saltwater Swim School - Point Cook

Best swim school in and around Point Cook area. Facility is new, very clean and well staffed. First class experience: reception desk staff was very helpful and check-in process was quick with barcode tags. There are enough showers and restrooms to accommodate all the families doing swim class at same time. Enough seating for parents and families all around the pool. Quality of the swimming lesson was excellent and the time spend on each child was adequate. I had an issue with our enrollment which was handled efficiently by the admin staff and the management. I am very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Saltwater swim school to everyone.

Absolutely love the trainers and staff here. My son loves going to the swimming lessons and has been progressing really well. Continues to be the best.

While the facilities are good, teachers are amazing and the pool is well kept.. I really have to rate as 3 star because end of the day, the reception should be reachable and correct information should be shared.We were sick and tried to reach the centre on phone to request for a makeup class for intensive program, the call never goes through as there is an automated message to log into the website for absences and only after a few tries we can reach the voicemail. As the website didn't show any option to mark makeup, we couldn't avail it. Later we were informed, there is no makeup class offered for intensive program even in case of sickness. We chose intensive holiday program only because we are still in waitlist for term classes. Lost 50$ on 2 back to back classes.Recommend the centre to have more operators to answer calls and to allow at least 1 makeup class per enrollment.Edit: I have to change the review back to 4 stars because the centre manager called me the next morning and sorted everything very professionally. We were able to do one makeup class when a spot was available.

So happy with our experience at Saltwater Swim School Point Cook. My little boy was quite anxious about resuming swimming classes after a lengthy absence from the pool but his teacher Michael is an expert swim teacher who is always encouraging, calm and patient. Having such a wonderful teacher and positive experience, we now have a little boy who has rediscovered his joy being back in the water and looks forward to classes each week. The pool and facilities are light, bright, clean and well-organised. And all the staff are friendly and welcoming with the swim teachers providing appropriate challenge so that the kids are making great progress while still staying within the child’s comfort zone so that they develop confidence to try new things and extend their skills in the water.

The best Swim school by far. The staff are awesome and very welcoming and understanding! We have tried a few swim schools around the area, but salt water point cook is by far the most welcoming and professional. From the staff at the front to the swim teachers who actually pay attention and care for your child’s swimming progress. I am recommending this school to all my friends and family.And best of all the water isn’t like any other swim school who use chlorine. This school uses natural salt, so it’s comforting knowing the water isn’t harsh on the kids skin.

Great swim school. Modern facilities.They've always gone the extra mile to accommodate my kids needs. Seems to be plenty of staff beyond the in-pool teachers, keeping tabs on the kids progress.

Great swim school! Great teachers and the owners are on the ball! Kids’ progress is monitored constantly, efficient, friendly, accommodating staff. Long wait to get in but it’s worth the wait.

The teachers are excellent. They are professional, friendly, responsive and patient. The owners and management team are equally responsive, professional and helpful. The swim school is welcoming and has a real community feel, there’s also a great wee coffee shop, with good coffee, ice cream and cakes, great for me while I’m watching my kids and for the kids after the lesson. My eldest is Autistic and can be quite anxious; he is really well catered for and cared for here. My kids love coming here and I’m really pleased that this is where they are enrolled.

Good swimming facilities.Newly build. Teachers are really helpful abd skilful. Management is very supportive too. Missed classes are always provided with make up classes.My son and daughter swimming skills have improved a lot. It's just that COVID-19 has halted training and improvement at numerous times.

Great to see owner of swim school calling and checking. I appreciate his gesture and caring attitude for customers. I’ve already referred couple of my friends for the school.. it’s having very good infrastructure, and teaching methods are to the world class standards.
