Went to just cuts today was told to come back in 1 hour .returned an hour later to be told another hours waiting time absolutely terrible management. They could have rang me to tell me so. i am a long standing customer and you have just lost me ever coming back to this business on top of that the very young boy who was the receptionist was terrible even for a trainee and i suspect under age to be working there. Something is terribly amiss with the managing of this business as i have noticed all the good staff no longer appear to work there

Walked out feelingba million dollars after a haircut and style from Jane. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she perfected it. Highly recommend Jane. Best cut I have had in my life

I thought you couldn't mess up men s curly hairs and that it always grows back no matter how bad the cut was.I was proven wrong.The cut was awful, and 6 months later, it is still awful.Don't bother and it wasn't cheap.

AMAZING! I just got my hair done and it is exactly how I imagined, and I cannot stop smiling. The service was wonderful. My hair is very neat and looks beautiful. My brother got his hair done here a few weeks ago as well, and it looks marvellous. I 100% recommend, you won't be dissapointed

Have tried going here for 2 weeks but every time I have they’re closed despite advertising themselves as open. Finally managed to get there whilst they were open and they turned me away saying they’re closing in 20 minutes when all I wanted was a shampoo.

Went there late afternoon and they close at 5pm. Just wanted a simple mens short haircut. The shop was open for at least another half an hour. Was told don't have time to do it today. Bet the staff member got paid until 5pm. The boss needs to look into this. Lazy Staff is costing you money!!!

I got my hair cut and styled I also got a treatment for my blonde hair. The ladies there were lovely the only improvement I would suggest is I didn't get that wonderful head massage that I'd hoped with the treatment. But I love my cut and the lady was very knowledgeable and a good hair stylist.

My name is Elizabeth and I had my hair done by Laureen on Saturday, 30th. My hair was very dry and I needed some drastic work done. Laureen had cut my hair into a concave bob and I absolutely love it. I am from Canberra and have recently purchased a property on the coast for my seachange in a couple of years. I will come in and see Laureen on a regular basis......she was awesome and worth the 2 hour travel..
