Nail Art

Walked in with an appointment and asked for my acrylic nails to be removed and for sns to go on. The lady explained to me she’s rather do a refill however my current nails were falling off so asked for a re do, she left me with acetone on my nails for over 45 minutes to which it was burning. I tried to take it off but one of the nail techs told me not to. After waiting and having to ask for someone to come take them off I said if changed my mind, wanted them taken off and wanted my nails buffed so they could be natural. The photo below is what i walked out with and she made me pay. She explained to me RUDELY that it takes time. I’ve been having my nails done for years and the wait time here was appalling. 3 people walked in after me and walked out before me. Rude, appalling service, I now have to fix my nails myself after PAYING for them to remove them. Pathetic business and pathetic customer service. Not even an apology.

Attention to detail is just wow. This was my first visit to Nail Art, I went in simply for a refill. The artist took her time & you could really tell she was looking for perfection. The shape & colour are so beautiful, I don't think I can go anywhere else now. 5 stars from me!

My absolute go to for my nails! The girls are all beautiful, they always nail any design I ask for, and the longevity of my nails is amazing! I am constantly getting compliments on my nails.

Horrible place I don’t even know why people keep going there,, they rush rush you, rude and never great you.. over priced too.. and always asking customers to pay cash so they can avoid paying TAX never do it … I always refuse to pay cash because they are not nice people …. Anyway am no longer a customer!! I found a better place where they care and listen

Not too bad, they did take a very long time to do my nails though so if you are in a rush I'd suggest going at a quiet time. Really depends on who you get. Good range of colours. One of the better salons in the shopping centre.

Now I remember why I stop going here. She took 2hrs to do a mani and pedi with shellac and couldn’t even file my nails straight. All my toes are jagged and pointing different directions. Then she had the audacity to charge me an extra $30 for cutting my cuticles on a full set application? Since when was this an extra charge??? I’ve been getting nails done for 20 years and never paid extra for tidying cuticles with a full set. They got my $130 this this but never again. This business needs a serious shake up it’s one of the worst slobs I’ve been too I won’t be back. .
