World Gym Springfield

To make a long story short, World Gym Springfield is the best gym in the whole area. In particular, the way Emily-Kate and Erin treat people at the front desk is exceptional. The level of professionalism at this gym is second to none. You won't face any lack of equipment there. It is always tidy and clean. Highly recommended.

Very good gym with a lot of equipment! Nice friendly staff and would recommend anyone who wants to start going to gym! Located at Augustine Heights.

Easy to sign up and facilities are good. Pretty straightforward if you know your way around gym contracts. A bit weird that you need to wait til your minimum term is up before you can put in your 30 day’s cancellation notice. Just make sure your sales consultant cancels on the day of your minimum term when signing up if that’s what you’re after.

Gym quality: 5 starsCustomer service: 1 starHad a gold membership for $96 a month. But every time I’d call they’d refer me to someone else. I could never get help at the gym I workout at, because you’re registered at the gym you most been to, two months before! The gold membership is definitely a struggle with customer service.

The most difficult gym membership to cancel in existence.Absolutely poor customer service, I was told multiple different dates of which my membership ends and I had to attend the gym, just to be told that date wasn't correct and ill have to come back another day. Staff made claims about my contract conditions and despite me asking multiple times to see where in the contract it is stated, I was never able to be shown as no one could produce a copy of the contract.Multple attemps were made to be shown a copy of my contract. I was never able to be provided with a copy. Apparently the only person who can print that out is never working.The gym didnt reply to a single email I sent them in relation to my membership.When attending the gym to enquire about cancelling staff made claims about the T&Cs in my contract despite them being contrary to what the contract agreement sent on the day of signing up state. Staff would then revert to, oh its in the contract

It is a very good experience training at world gym. All the staff are friendly and people are very welcoming especially to newcomers. It is definitely worth it.

It’s an excellent gym, the service is amazing and it has everything you could need 10/10 would recommend…

Saw them on one of the news channels and was very excited to join them. Went down to the club to get some information. The 3 staff members on duty saw me walking in but preferred to ignore me while finishing their coffee and talking about their weekend. After about 15 minutes one eventually asked if they could help. A few weeks later I receive a text message with a great offer, thought I will give them another shot. Only to arrive at the gym and find out it was click bait with a lot of strings attached to the offer. Overall their service is appalling.
