Overnewton Gatehouse Hall
Historically significant original Gate House of the Overnewton estate. Built as part of the Overnewton Castle in 1849 by William Taylor and his wife. This venue has been expanded by the Brimbank council and now houses an additional Gate House Hall, which is available for rent through the council outside Covid-19 times.The purpose of the gatehouse is no longer required by the Overnewton estate and the new entry of the Overnewton Castle (estate) is via Overnewton Road just 50m further up the Old Calder Highway, to the left of the gatehouse.
