I am so grateful to have found Heartwood! The products are amazing and the women who work there are literally angels I swear. My face felt like the desert after the rain after I had a facial there. I wouldn't go anywhere else for natural beauty therapy products and treatments. Also for those overseas, they ship their products worldwide!!

Heartwood is a go-to when I'm in a pinch to buy a gift. The staff are incredibly knowledgable, they carry a great retail range, and the team goes above and beyond when gift wrapping - even for gift vouchers. I hear nothing but glowing reviews from those I've gift massages and facials to over the years.

I was looking for an incense stick and came across Heartwood. I liked the fact that the sandalwood was sustainably sourced so I asked hubby for the set (sandalwood incense stick and marble incense stick holder). After a hiccup with the Aus Post, the team followed up and rectified quickly.I got the package today and I was touched by the thoughtful note and a beautiful, quality product. Thank you, I will be back for more!

My absolute favorite place for a facial and a little getaway from reality. As soon as I arrive I can feel myself relaxing. Facials from Nikki and Tanya have been amazing, I always have one booked as soon as I’m finished with one, can’t say enough about how amazing Alex and her team of beautiful ladies are.
