Wasted my money today for a bad massage experience, asked for another therapist but they’re fully booked.Have no clue why this place is always fully booked when the massage I received wasn’t the greatest in comparison to my other experiences with another Endota place in Sydney and Byron Bay..Had 1 hour organic relax massage but came out not feeling very relax cause the therapist don’t know how to give a good massage and dropping things here and there which isn’t very relaxing..

Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking to schedule a specific treatment in advance. I booked a facial 2 months in advance only to have them cancel it 3 weeks out and not being able to accommodate me at any other time that weekend due to being “fully booked”. This is the third time it has happened to me - the nonchalant phone calls to cancel are now wearing thin. Complete waste of time.

Fabulous spa experience! Beautiful products combined with very experienced therapist. Loved also there was no awkward post-treatment sales pitch to buy products. Nothing ruins a treatment when you feel pressured into buying spa products. Great work Endota!

Disappointing experience. Paid for my partners treatment prior to attending as it was a gift, he was then asked to pay $150 upfront for a 40 minute ‘remedial massage’ which was far from the best. Spend your money elsewhere!

Booked here with gift card. Rei was an amazing therapist with 8 yrs experience, and was really sweet, engaging, adjusted firmness when asked, and did an amazing job tailoring my massage to address problem areas. 1 hour went by too quickly! What let things down was the vibe - the receptionists kept chattering away to each other at a normal volume in the background which was distracting, as was the loud ticking clock in the treatment room. The bathroom is also right next to reception and the door doesn't shut tight, so everyone can hear you doing your business. I'd come back only to see Rei again, but it's the little things that detract from what should be a 'premium' service, that other Endota spas elsewhere (e.g. CBD) may be better at.

Average massage. The therapists voice was very loud when explaining how to get ready for the massage that I instantly felt on edge. You should be speaking soft when getting prepared for a relaxing treatment. Her shoes were loud and squeaky every time she moved. she turned the tap on high pressure so many times through the massage and the “relaxing organic massage” was super fast passed , she needs to slow down with her touch and be more gentle. for someone stressed, coming in for relaxation she didn’t deliver. This was a gift voucher thankfully because I’d never spend the money on it myself. Pretty disappointed

I got the surrender package as a gift card and it was amazing! The massage therapist really focused on a knot I had and really cared and listened to my skin concerns. My skin felt fantastic afterwards and the next morning too, it was so soft. Big bonus that the lady did not try and force me to buy products after. I wish I could remember her name to give her a thank you shout out. I will definitely be returning, a very happy customer!

The staff were lovely and it is a very beautiful spa to be in, but my massage was a bit disappointing. The room was absolutely freezing and the cold aircon was blowing right onto me which is not great when you are so exposed. I also had to ask for a very loud clock to be removed from the room but my massage therapist was really nice about that luckily. The massage itself was quite average and it felt clumsy between different stages. Also at the end of the massage an alarm went off very loudly which was very unsettling. I’ve never experienced this at another spa. The whole experience wasn’t exactly relaxing so sadly it felt very overpriced for what it was and I’m just glad I only booked a 1 hour session and not anything longer.
