Comprehensive testing was completed. I only needed a DVA assessment done so was surprised to be offered a hearing aid. Very sales directed at the end of testing to buy a hearing aid with suggestions leaning toward the most expensive. This was a DVA assessment, not a purchase of a hearing aid. This would of course happen once DVA have processed the assessment. A little surprised of the sales pitch.

I found the lady who did the test and explained what was going on was very professional and helpful in adjusting the volume on my hearing aids.and made my appointment very easy. Tom.

Staff are all friendly & polite and know what they are doing. I am happy with the Hearing Aids I received & the back up service is first class. Handy position with ample parking.

The young man was very efficient and friendly. He sent my Hearing Aids away to have them checked. However your Office did not let me know that you were in a different place now.

Highly recommend this practice. The administration staff are friendly and go above and beyond to offer a suitable appointment time. The audiologist who treated my mother who has dementia was very understanding, respectful, and professional. I was very impressed with the treatment and advice provided.
