From the very start Shawn Vogel has been exceptional to deal with. His politeness, patience, flexibility and professionalism are unrivalled. He is a fantastic communicator, and seeks to answer all questions remarkably promptly. He even went above and beyond for us, being reachable on his days off. He has worked hard to facilitate our building visions, with some being more challenging to accomodate! To say Shawn stands out from the rest is an understatement.To date, we cannot fault our experience Gordon Bourke constructions, thanks to Shawn. They have worked to accomodate our expedited timeline to contract and all the staff involved have been fantastic. Their plans are fully flexible contrary to the majority of other builders. Building is a stressful process, with many horror stories out there, but they have done their part to make us feel comfortable and guide us through the challenging process thus far. If you are building in Toowoomba, it’s a no-brainer choosing them for your home build.

After making the decision to build my first home, I visited a few open houses and nothing was feeling right. After walking into Gordon Bourke, I knew this was the builder I was going to use - from how welcoming and knowledgeable Shawn is, to the in-depth design and final finishes, it just felt right.A month down the track, plans are sorted, contract is signed and I can’t wait to start the build and see the final home that they will have helped me build.

From the initial telecommunication to being welcomed into the display home. Shawn was very professional and understanding with organising our custom made house plan to signing the contract and (everything in between). Shawn made this whole process stress free and easy with plenty of information during the whole process with confidence.

Our home is currently underway and we couldn't be happier. From the moment we walked into the display home and met Shawn, we have felt at ease. Shawn helped us design our perfect family home, guided us through the process, was very patient answering our many, many questions and nothing was ever a problem. Additionally, all the staff at Gordon Bourke have been great to work with and we can't wait to see our finished home in the coming months.

After months of research and shopping around , we walked into the display home of Gordon Bourke at Highfields and we were impressed. Welcoming us was Shawn Vogel who gave us all the time we needed. His professionalism and knowledge was very reassuring as we adventure into our new build. Most important to us was communication and we were never let down. Always able to make contact. Nothing was too much trouble, as ideas and changes to plans were amended/recommended by us and Shawn, followed up by the builders suggestions which was valuable to us. Next stage, the build!
