After many months of our daughter complaining that her foot hurts and me writing it off as growing pains, I made an appointment with Dr Pete at Coastal Podiatry. Dr Pete and his wife instantly made myself and mainly my daughter Ruby feel comfortable and explained the issue and treatment for both to understand. Ruby looked forward to each treatment (laser) with Dr Pete and has always ensure to listen to her each week to make sure the treatment was working . We will continue to use Coastal Podiatry for all our foot/leg needs. I highly recommend Dr Pete. Not only professional but friendly and actually very caring which you don’t see much anymore. A beautiful family business here on the Sunshine Coast.

I have been struggling with flat pronated arches in my feet all throughout my childhood and Military career. Causing a carry over of unwanted chronic side effects ranging from ankle discomfort, knee pain, shin splints and lower back hip rotating symptoms. Great service and friendly vibe.I went to see Pete as a last resort after doctors suggested surgery for torn ligament’s in the ankle, which I was hoping I didn’t have to do. Pete took extra care and using the latest laser therapy I was able to avoid Surgery. Pete takes the time to explain in detail the course of your treatment and makes things simple to understand and Kristy’s warm and bubbly personality makes you feel welcome in the practice. Highly recommended.

As a landscape designer my foot injury was really causing me grief. Peter was wonderful in identifying the issue, ordering the required tests for diagnosis & discussing treatment options. I felt supported in my choice to avoid Cortisone Injections with Peter discussing alternative treatment options with me. After fracturing and straining my ankle badly I went to see Pete. Can't say enough wonderful things about them. Very kind and through. I had laser which improved healing. Their caring and kindness is truely lovely when you are in pain. I highly recommend going here.

Best Podiatrist I've been too, I was sceptical at first as I've been to many podiatrist without success, but Pete was awesome, understood my needs and took the time to get it right and didn't judge me when I chose hot pink inner soles to stand out ha. I also had plantar fasciitis which I needed treated which was catered for. Thanks Pete and thank you Kristy for all the extra effort you went to. Highly recommended

Such a money grab!! I don't generally shop around (price wise) when it comes to allied health providers but I wish I was more vigilant before visiting Pete. 2 very expensive consults (lasting 5 - 10 minutes) and I still had received no treatment or management. Instead he attempted to sell me a package of 8 shockwave therapy sessions (all paid upfront at a cost of almost $1500 - would love to see how this is evidence based care)!! At this point I realised his focus was more on making as much money as possible as opposed to relieving your pain and discomfort as soon as possible. I booked in elsewhere (footsure podiatry). Saw a wonderful podiatrist (Zoe) who gave me much better care - first appointment was substantially cheaper, lasted 40 minutes, I got a full assessment, shockwave therapy and strapping (all for the cost of an initial consult). Left in less pain and will be treated for 3-4 sessions until my condition has improved (how it should be)!
