Horrible horrible experience. Extremely rude reception. I actually call enquiring if they would need to make an appointment. They insist all I need is to walk in. I did and they mentioned 30 mins wait. Happy to do so and not bother to look at my referral call me to indicated that there's more they need done. I end up waiting good 1hr 30mins and being promised next one over and over again. Not so much as apologies or even try to get my name right. Rude yes.

Really, very good. Prompt, friendly and super efficient practice. The receptionist there (mid-aged lady with short hair) is outstanding and absolutely lovely, amazing at her job and the way she deals with patients.

I spoke to one of their receptionists and made an appointment 3 weeks in advanced for my 12 week scan only to find out a day before my appointment that there was no booking made for me. Obviously this was not a nice experience. However, I would like to commend one of the receptionists Gwen. She's always been very helpful in managing appointments. She was polite and goes above and beyond to accommodate patients/clients. Jane and Sing also did a wonderful job making the appointment such a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Very lovely receptionist but informed that one has to completely pay out of pocket as no Medicare refund or private health is accepted.

Receptionists are not friendly and impatient. Did twice ultrasound there before, both reports showing different results even my specialist is confused. Some staff are young and inexperienced. I was told my MRI would take 20 mins but ended up taking 45mins. Overheard staff gossiping cos no doctors around at the practice at that time.

After my Dr requested a CT Scan I was able to get into Capital the very same day. The technician was extremely informative, very compassionate, polite and understanding. Would highly recommend them.
