Worst customer experience. The two girls sat behind the counter, gave us dirty looks until I picked up a shoe. Worst customer service and the store looks like a discount store. Cheapens sports brands

One of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had.Staff member kept us waiting for 10 minutes before we were approached, and once we finally got “service” (I use that word loosely) and asked to try on certain shoes, a completely different pair was brought out each time.While we were waiting between shoe deliveries from the back which seemed to take an awful long time, 3 other customers entered the store and not one of them was served.Clearly this store is now hiring from the bottom of the Centrelink list as the service has dropped dramatically over the last 6 years of us shopping there.And whoever was the duty “manager” was just as much of a flop as the child serving us.You both have a long way to go in customer service.

Very rude and up tight girls at the desk. Never shopping her again.More value for money elsewhere.
