Gorgeous food served fresh and hot in a well kept historic building. Beneath it is a bakers museum that's free to enter. It's marvelous to see so much of the old town history kept and maintained for all to enjoy. Even if baking isn't your thing... the museum does give a real sense of how different life was before electricity. I'd definitely recommend checking it out.

Four of us went there for breakfast on the 27th Dec. Unfortunately the experience was very poor indeed. The coffee was very weak and the milk questionable. The food, bread in particular, was stale or had been frozen in. One of us ordered a big breakfast and was served a two slices of old bread with some egg, two small pieces of bacon, and one thin slice of tomato. Charged just over $14 for the big breakfast this is not ok.We had the impression that perhaps the parent owners were on holiday and had left the kids in charge. Not a pleasant experience with poor service to top it off.
